We do not currently accept ICBC, Work Safe BC, or Workers Compensation claims.
** Price increase as of January 1st 2025 for RMT appointments ** New prices can be viewed on our webpage and are attached to appointments when booking.
Cancellation Policy: We require a credit card on file for all bookings. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointments. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged full price to the card on file. This appointment cannot be billed to insurance providers.
Erin is NOT accepting new patients at this time. If you would like to be added to the waitlist please send and email to coastalwellnesspm@gmail.com If a booking is made with Erin and you are not a current patient (had an initial assessment within the past 12 months with Erin) your appointment will be cancelled without notice.
New Patients: Please book your appointment with Erikka. She is offering discounted rate for massage as she is not registered in BC. Appointments with Erikka will not be able to be submitted to BC insurance providers.
If any changes to your appointments are necessary, we greatly appreciate this being done through your accounts page.
